Terms & Conditions:
Payments and Fees
1.1 As a professional organisation, full payment must be made in advance to secure any place in a class, a 1-1 training session, or on a workshop.
1.2 Payments are non-transferable.
Parking & Entering
2.1 Please use the black gates to enter the carpark
2.2 The carpark speed limit is 5mph
2.3 Please park neatly
2.4 Be aware of other car park users
2.5 Give each other enough space to enter the training field under control and do not allow dogs to bark at each other in the car park
2.6 CCTV covers most of the car park but cars and contents are parked at the risk of the owner
During classes or 1-1 sessions at the training field
3.0 Please do not use dry biscuit / packet treats to train with they, generally speaking, will not be of enough value to your dog
3.1 Please use a treat bag, bumbag, or your pocket for your treats, NOT carrying a pot or sandwich bag with treats in. This means that you can hold your dog’s lead with both hands and have full control.
3.2 Flexi / retractable leads are not allowed. They do not enable you to control your dog properly and can also cause injury to dogs / humans if they wrap around limbs. Please use a normal flat 6ft training lead.
3.3 Your dog must remain on a lead unless instructed otherwise.
3.4 Be proactive in rewarding your dog for being calm and quiet. This will help in the environment and prevent you dog becoming frustrated during the lesson
3.5 You may wish to use a harness and 5m long line to work your dog hands-free during some exercises, while remaining safe
3.6 Toilet your dog during the lesson at the sides of the field, away from the main working area
3.7 Please ask questions during the lesson, as there is a turnaround time once you leave, to set up before the next lesson starts
3.8 Please wear appropriate, sensible clothing and footwear for training your dog outside in the training field. Please plan for weather conditions accordingly e.g waterproofs or suntan lotion. You are entering into a physical activity at your own risk
3.9 An accident book and first aid kit are on site
3.10 Bitches in season are not permitted to attend class. You are welcome to live stream the class and participate from home, or attend without your bitch and work one of the instructors dogs. Missed classes from seasons will not be carried over.
Leaving
4.1 Please leave in an orderly manner, giving each other enough space
4.2 Be careful when exiting the car park as this is a national speed limit road. There is a traffic mirror opposite the car park to help to see oncoming traffic from the right
Photography and Filming
5.1 You are permitted to take photographs and filming of yourself and your own dog.
5.2 You are not permitted to take photographs or video of other owners, spectators or the instructor without permission
5.3 If you are not comfortable with photos of yourself or your dog being used on the website, please let us know and you will not be featured. Any photographs featuring children will not show their faces.
During 1-1 sessions at your home
6.1 Notify who will be at the property on the day of the 1-1 session
6.2 Please notify how exactly your dog reacts to strangers visiting the home including any bite history
6.3 If any information provided proves to be false, we reserve the right to leave the property at any time. No refund will be given
6.4 If at any time the session is unsafe for anyone involved, the session will be stopped and reassessed
6.5 Singular, or blocks of 1-1 sessions (upto 4 in total) need to be completed within 8 weeks of the first booking. Any sessions not taken within this time will not be refunded or transferred to a later date.
Cancellations
7.1 If there is a need for us to cancel a class or 1-1 booking, it will be done so with as much notice as possible via the contact number that you provide. The appointment will be rescheduled.
7.2 If you need to cancel a 1-1 appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled and you will still be charged.
7.3 In the event of a local or national lockdown due to Government Guidelines, training will continue to take place virtually, there will be no refunds
7.4 Should you need to isolate due to illness, you will be able to stream the class live, or receive a link to the recording and participate at home
