Terms & Conditions:
Payments and Fees
1.1 As a professional organisation, full payment must be made in advance to secure any place in a class or for booking a 1-1 training session.
1.2 Payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Parking & Entering
2.1 Please use the black gates to enter the carpark
2.2 The carpark speed limit is 5mph
2.3 Make sure the class before you has left before parking (classes finish at 45mins past the hour)
2.4 Please park neatly against the signed barn wall (you may need to block each other in from the same class)
2.5 Be aware of other car park users
2.6 Please toilet your dog before entering on the AstroTurf outside of the barn only. There is a bin for dog waste, please clean up after your dog
2.7 Give each other enough space to enter the barn under control and do not allow dogs to bark at each other incessantly in the car park
2.8 CCTV covers most of the car park but cars are parked at the risk of the owner
During Class or 1-1 Sessions
3.1 On entry, please head straight to a seated area and settle your dog. You will need tasty treats such as cut cocktail sausages, ham, chicken or cheese for your lesson as well as a soft toy.
3.2 Your dog must remain on a lead unless instructed otherwise
3.3 Be proactive in rewarding your dog for being calm and quiet. This will help in this interesting environment and prevent barking during the lesson
3.4 As long as you are physically able, stand to work your dog and be seated to settle between exercises
3.5 You may wish to use a harness and 5m long line attached to the wall hooks to work your dog hands-free during some exercises, while remaining safe
3.6 Should your dog need to toilet during the lesson, please exit and use the AstroTurf outside of the barn only. There is a bin for dog waste, so please clean up after your dog
3.7 If your dog should have a toilet accident inside, there is a mop available. Please clean up after your dog
3.8 Please ask questions during the lesson, as there is a turnaround time once you leave, to set up before the next lesson starts
3.9 Hand sanitiser is available for you to use in each training area
3.10 Please wear appropriate, sensible clothing and footwear for training your dog. You are entering into a physical activity at your own risk
3.11 An accident book and first aid kit are on site
Leaving
4.1 Please leave in an orderly manner, giving each other enough space
4.2 Bear in mind that the next class will be wanting to park, so make sure that you are leaving a parking space in good time
4.3 Be careful when exiting the car park as this is a national speed limit road. There is a traffic mirror opposite the car park to help to see oncoming traffic from the right
Photography and Filming
5.1 You are permitted to take photographs and filming of yourself and your own dog.
5.2 You are not permitted to take photographs or video of other owners, spectators or the instructor without permission
5.3 I will, when I can, take some photos to use on the website. If you are not comfortable with this, please let me know and you will not be featured
Cancellations
6.1 If there is a need for me to cancel a class or 1-1 booking, I will do so with as much notice as possible via the contact number that you provide. The appointment will be rescheduled.
6.2 If you need to cancel a 1-1 appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled and you will still be charged.
6.3 In the event of a local or national lockdown due to Government Guidelines, training will continue to take place virtually, there will be no refunds
6.4 Adverse weather – The barn is cold in winter, although there are heaters, please come suitably dressed
